• Linens: Ahhhhh, yes! Completely comfortable, all cotton bed and bath linens including extra blankets and clean and comfy sleeping pillows, and clean kitchen linens.
• Always provided in every BESTNEST in quantity for your stay: beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys/beach cart, beach towels, a supremely equipped kitchen (in quality and quantity), hand soap, dish soap, kitchen sponges, trash bags, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper, your favorite hair dryer ever, fragrance free laundry soap and dryer sheets, ziploc bags, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, loads of quality coat and skirt hangers, and a few surprises.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Bike in 7-8 minutes, or drive to the exclusive Beach Trolley shuttle to the Sea Pies Beach Club.

BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Closest Beach Trolley location is at intersection of Greenwood and Willow Oak-- about 3 minutes by car from 8 Heritage Road. DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.

PETS: Select, hypo-allergenic breed now welcome. Please inquire for specifics and tell us about your pup.

POOL: Heatable with electricity (cost effective, but ineffective in coldest months of the year). Charge for electric pool heat is  $150.00 for the first day and $50.00 each additional day during March - May and September - November. This charge is non-taxable and non-refundable.

PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an incredible stay at this home. It is quite comfortable and spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable with nice linens and towels. The house was fully stocked with all that we needed and was extremely clean. I will definitely only rent through this rental company moving forward. And I would definitely stay in this home again. Our only complaint was the water pressure in the showers wasn't very strong, but everything else was so fabulous that we would definetly rent here again. Location is also fantastic...on a quiet street right in the heart of Sea Pines.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just returned from a wonderful week in Hilton Head. I would highly recommend this home for a large family gathering. It was full of so many amenities and little extras. My family cannot wait to return to Hilton Head and stay here again! From the 4 well appointed bedrooms, to the two family gathering areas, to the AMAZING outdoor space and pool, this house had it all! It is located centrally in Sea Pines with easy access to the beaches, and Harbor town area. Stay here, you will not regret your choice!

Beautiful location. Not walking distance to beach. Be certain that any vendors or serviceman aren’t allowed access to property while or in conjunction with guest stays. That was pretty awkward for us both. Gorgeous home. Wish the weather could have let us enjoy the heated pool too.
