Welcome to your perfect getaway! Our charming beach home is designed for families looking to create lasting memories by the shore.
Please note! We have a strict NO PARTY policy. Please be respectful of our neighbors and quiet hours> if you are looking for a party house, this is not it.

Guests will have access to the entire property, hot tub, gas grill, garage, and beach towels!
PLEASE read and confirm spa use agreement upon reservation confirmation.
Failure to comply with spa regulations will result in a $200 fee.

No wet clothes or towels left on furniture or floors upstairs.
PLEASE READ: There is a $200 fine for misuse of the hot tub including but not limited to sand, food, drinks, excessive body lotions and oils, and damage. If the water is left murky, and discolored and requires a full change, you WILL be charged.
Wet towels and clothes should either go in the utility sink in the laundry room or hang outside on the hooks provided near the outdoor shower.
Wash sand off of feet, shoes, and toys before entering the house. Please rinse off all sand before entering the hot tub or house. Using the hose, or outdoor shower is easily accessible for this purpose.
Neighborhood quiet time after 10 pm.
If using the master bedroom fireplace, please open and close the flu accordingly. Please turn the gas off fully after using the fireplace and or fire pit.
TRASH: The Guests shall dispose of all waste material generated during the Lease Term under the strict instruction and direction of the Host. All trash bins are collected by the city every Monday morning. We ask all guests to help us manage trash by placing all bins on the curb on SUNADY evenings or early MONDAY mornings. If trash collection is missed, a $100 collection fee will be applied. Once trash is collected, bins need to be placed back onto the ramp inside the gate.
PLEASE ADVISE office hours are 9-6 pm M-F, 9-2 pm Sat and Sun.

Great spot! The hot tub was a little overfilled, so a lot of water splashed out with 3 people. Also, not all the jets turned on and a lot of the labels stated not to change any settings. The townhome itself was a modern style with a lot of great amenities, a solid location, and plenty of parking (2 in the garage, plus spots available on the street).
