All I can say is WOW! From the time we booked our trip the host went above and beyond. Their communication was outstanding, answering all of our questions, as well as sharing little details that would help us when we arrived.When we arrived, the property was spotless and 100% ready for us. The host left a binder with a lot of helpful information and recommendations for food and entertainment.We have stayed in a lot of different BNBs, but this one was hands down the best. Ony a few hundred yards from the beach, and a block front the dog beach, we couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The yard is set up beautifully for relaxing and barbecuing. Fully fenced in, it’s a private paradise. We highly recommend this host, and will definitely be booking again in the future.Thank you for making our stay feel like home.

Great overallstay at OB for our son's college graduation weekend. Loved the private backyard space and easy access to the beach. The grill didn' work for us, but we pivoted to cooking inside. Otherwise, a grreat stay!

This little spot was perfect for me, my husband, and 2 dogs. The back yard and parking spot made it an A+. Very clean and comfortable. The host was spot on with instructions. We’ll definitely be back.
