The house was perfect for my wife and our daughter. It is in close proximity to plenty of restaurants, and most importantly, a few steps from the beach. We will definitely be back.

The property is super cute and close to the beach. It had everything we needed, and more! From the "shark bed" for my son, to the pet relief area in the back for the dogs, to the outdoor shower and even beach storage area out back, it really had it all. There's even a market right around the corner and downtown OB is just a short walk away.

We love this beach house, we’ve stayed here a few times. This particular time was slightly disappointing. There was a ton of pet hair that we swept and vacuumed our self, the trundle bed mattress in the second bedroom was AWFUL! My kids ended up having to double up in the other bed which made the stay a little difficult as they are teens. The furniture was very dirty and looked like it probably hadn’t been professionally cleaned in quite sometime. The house and location are truly unbeatable. I hope next time is better.
