Step into our light & airy beach bungalow and feel right at home! Our tranquil oasis provides the perfect setting to relax with family or friends, with all the amenities to make your stay comfortable and stress-free. Enjoy easy access to the best of OB - from Dog Beach, Sunset Cliffs, Robb Field Park, Dusty Rhodes, breakfast, breweries, and nightlife. We`re very remote-work friendly (FAST WI-FI, blackout curtains, and desks. We also have the bonus of a detached studio suite for extra privacy. Let us help make your beach vacation an absolute dream. SPACIOUS & COMFORTABLE BEDROOMS
- Our lovely breezy home has a unique twist: Main house includes 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Sofabed & 2 bathrooms, while the detached cozy studio suite in the back boasts high ceilings, kitchenette, Murphy Queen bed, and bathroom. Perfect for couples or grandparents who want some peace and quiet away from the main house.
- There are A/C mini-splits and a portable A/C unit in each bedroom, but the rest of the house has fans. Always cool inside.
- Blackout curtains for our travel nurses and light-sensitive.
FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN & DINING
- Equipped with everything you need, from cookware to a coffee maker, Coffee/Tea, Water Kettle, and BBQ utensils, etc.
- Back studio kitchenette
WORK & ENTERTAINMENT AMENITIES
- Blazing-fast Wi-Fi for our remote workers and digital nomads.

- 1 free parking spot and street parking is available, but tight on the weekends and evenings. But we have one free parking spot in the back, and a second can be purchased if needed.

- This property is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed.

▪️ Well-behaved pets are welcome per our pet policy! ($100 per pet per month).
▪️ For Monthly Guests, we have a Utility Cap of $200; guests will be responsible for any overages.
▪️ Guest cannot alter the property, move furniture or appliances, remove any signage, or bring in their own furniture (incl but not limited to: rugs, chairs, artwork, etc.)

We really enjoyed our week at Ocean Beach. The location was wonderful. Easy walk down to dog Beach with our dogs every day and also an easy walk to downtown for shopping and meals. The house was very comfortable. It is small but exactly as advertised. Plenty of room for the four of us and our two dogs. was nice to sit out in the front yard, which was fenced and then a nice back area as well with the hot tub and a fire table and comfy chairs. We didn't use the additional room out back except for storage of some of our stuff, but it was nice to have the extra room outside that room to hang out. Gabe was very responsive anytime I would ask him a question. The kitchen was great. Had lots of spices and things like that. Having a washer/dryer is always nice. We had a place to park in the back that we only used when we couldn't find a place out front but as long as we parked our cars during the day if there wasn't any problem with finding spaces. And then if we went out at night and couldn't find a place, we always had our place outback. Was really nice that there were no surprises and things were exactly as advertised. We really had a wonderful time and are hoping to come back again.

Everything about this house is wonderful. So clean and comfortable. Perfect amount for space for everyone. Very well cared for property. We love the walk ability to the beach, shops and restaurants. The owner is very friendly and professional. So easy to communicate with. We look forward to staying here again.

Great location with surprisingly spacious accommodations and extra features for a "cottage" style building. Detached building with BA and other amenities a plus. Gabe was accessible and extremely helpful with any issues/questions. Thanks!
