Walking through the front door you will be welcomed into a spacious, light, and airy living area with all brand-new flooring, windows, paint, furniture, and appliances.
The dining table seats 6 plus there are 3 bar stools for eating a casual breakfast or joining the cook for a glass of wine.
There is also a brand new front loader washer and dryer in the kitchen for your convenience.
The Primary bedroom features a queen bed, a Smart TV, lots of closet space, and a ceiling fan.
The 1st Guest bedroom has twin bunk beds with a trundle that comfortably sleeps 3 children. There is also a Smart TV in this room and a ceiling fan.
The 2nd Guest bedroom has a queen bed with Smart TV and ceiling fan.
The sofa is also a queen sleeper as well. Pack and Play and child high chair make this house kid friendly as well.
There are two bathrooms – one with a walk-in shower that is clean, fresh, and light and the other has a tub/shower combo also completely brand new.
The backyard will become the focal point of your stay.
With a heart-shaped spa that flows into the kidney-shaped pool, you will spend hours upon hours enjoying this private pool for your stay.
Enjoy playing corn hole or some other games found in the yard or just spend your time soaking in the pool or lounging in the spa after a hard day at the beach.
There is a bbq for outdoor dining and lots of seating.
For your comfort and fun, we provide boogie boards, a beach wagon, a high chair, and a pack-n-play.

This home is equipped with A/C in the living room only.
This is a NON-SMOKING home. This includes patios, decks, and outside areas.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced.
This home has a maximum occupancy of 9 people. You may not exceed that at any time and will be strictly enforced. Strictly NO pool parties or parties of any kind are allowed at this property.
For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply. Pets are never to be left alone in the home uncrated if they are prone to check, bark, or are not housebroken. If you plan on spending time away from your pets please find a doggy daycare or crate your pet. Any damage caused by your pet is not covered under your damage insurance. You can call our office for recommendations or check the Welcome Book.
Ocean Beach lies in the San Diego International Airport flight path for some departing flights. No planes can depart after 11:30 pm or before 6:30 am

The pool was large and very nice. House was clean and very good condition. Owner was quick to respond and very responsive. Great location! Would stay again when in the area.

We had a great week at this beach house! The house is walking distance to many great restaurants, breweries, shops, and, most importantly, the beach. The private pool was a huge hit with the kids and David was very helpful throughout our stay.

The location and home were amazing, and the host was very attentive, responding extremely quickly to any question we had.Everyone loved the pool and hot tub as well as the large kitchen and living area - a much-needed space to watch the Seahawks win over the Rams!
