Summary:
Escape to this stunning renovated beach house just 4 blocks from the ocean and pristine beaches. Located one block from vibrant Shops on Newport, a short walk for local cafes and boutiques. Perfect for groups up to 16, featuring a private fenced backyard with outdoor fireplace and built-in BBQ kitchen. Inside, enjoy a gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops and high-end appliances, a great room with gas fireplace, luxury bedding, and three full bathrooms. Includes beach gear!
The Space:
Beautiful street offers church bells and the sound of the wild parrots in the trees. Pet possible on prior approval and we have a cold water dog wash and dog towels and supplies.
Guest Access:
Access to large backyard with BBQ, fireplace, sink, etc. Side gate with coded entrance and access to Boogie boards, surfboards, yard games etc. Access to fenced front yard with sitting area and fountain.
The Neighborhood:
Ocean Beach is our favorite San Diego Beach area. The layout makes getting around super easy. There is a hip vibe with lots of great places to eat and shop. Dog friendly most everywhere. Great location to get to Downtown, airport etc. There is some jet noise in Ob From the airport.
Getting Around:
Transportation is easy. Cab, Uber, walk, bike, rent an electric scooter, drive. Wonderful trails along the waters edge and up in the hills. Point Loma 5 minute drive away.
Other Things to Note:
THIS IS NOT A SHARED HOME. The renter gets the whole house. Layout: Downstairs, 2 bedrooms off living room with 1 full hall bath. Upstairs has 3 total bedrooms and 2 total full bathrooms - 2 bedrooms have bonus areas with a crib in bedroom one king room and bean bags in the bunk bed room. The 3rd bedroom upstairs is a full suite with attached full bathroom that has a king bed in the common area, kitchenette, and a barn door to the "5th" bedroom with a queen bed. It has a kitchenette with frig, microwave and sink. There is a minimum stay on major holidays and no check in or checkouts on a major holiday.

We are available by text and the app quite easily.
