Parking — This unit parks one car in a garage. Access can be tight due to the alley configuration. Large vehicles are very hard to maneuver in and out.
No Smoking - Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises. An additional cleaning fee of $100 may be charged for cigarette butts found on the property
No Parties - Parties without prior written permission are not welcome here. Please spare our environment. A $100 cleaning fee will be charged for any confetti found.

We had a wonderful time spending Mother's Day at Ocean Beach. This property was perfectly located, only two blocks from the beach, we could walk there in 3 minutes and there was several amazing little coffee shops within 3-5 min walking, and 10-15 min walking to a row of delicious restaurants. Booking, checking-in, and communication with the host was very easy! Everything was very clean, the kitchen was stocked with any items needed for cooking, the beds were very comfortable. Having a garage was very convenient when street parking wasn't available. There are quite a bit of stairs but the rooftop terrace is worth it with a wonderful view of palm trees and you can see the ocean. The bottom floor has its own little suite which was perfect for us. They even had boogie boards available to use at the beach. I highly recommend this property if staying in San Diego/Ocean Beach.

Unit was clean & bright with nice white subway tiles, beautiful appliances & plenty of utensils, plates and bowls etc and even coffee, sugar and spices were provided. Host was an exceptional communicator! The sunsets from the rooftop deck were stunning and we were a block or two from the wonderful dog beach and places to eat. Parking was not available on the street the first day due to some REALLY loud street re-paving going on and the place is directly under the flight path of loud jets taking off (every 30-60 seconds in early morning). Those things are out of the control of the host but definitely affected a peaceful stay. We were able to get our 17’ SUV in the garage without too much trouble which was nice. Boogie boards and lots of beach towels were provided, but no beach chairs. It’s perfect for 2 couples because the downstairs studio provides a nice separate private space with TV/bath/sm fridge. In my opinion the loft looked kind of dangerous/too small to stand up in so I would never use it. This particular unit had no table to eat at on 2nd floor where kitchen is, so I highly recommend adding an outside balcony table on that level as well as plants to block ugly view of laundry roof. There’s a table & lots of chairs on the rooftop deck (3rd level) near the bbq. The reason I gave 4 stars is due to some TLC needed to be 5. (Kitchen sink, chipped plates, broken handrail/gate latch & sofa arm especially). Not recommended for toddlers due to gap btwn deck/wire railing

We were really excited for our first stay booked through Vrbo, but unfortunately the property did not meet expectations.When we arrived, the home was noticeably unclean. There was visible dirt in the sinks, layers of dust on surfaces, and even a toothpick left out. We also found trash under the sink, and the BBQ grill knobs were burnt off. Overall, the condition of the home did not match the listing photos, which made us feel uncomfortable staying there.To the host’s credit, communication was prompt and professional. They quickly responded to our concerns and offered to send a cleaner right away. However, due to the overall condition of the property, we did not feel comfortable remaining at the home even with cleaning.The host ultimately apologized and offered a full refund, which we appreciated.While we’re disappointed with the condition of the property, we do appreciate the host’s responsiveness and effort to make things right. We just wish the home had been properly cleaned and accurately represented from the start.
