Ladder and stairs — The home is three stories and requires use of stairs. The lofts are accessible by an indoor ladder and is not recommended for young children.
Parking — This unit parks up to 2 cars depending on size in tandem. One space is covered in a carport.
No Smoking - Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises. An additional cleaning fee of $100 may be charged for cigarette butts found on the property
No Parties - Parties without prior written permission are not welcome here. Please spare our environment. A $100 cleaning fee will be charged for any confetti found.

This property is in a great location for a beach vacation. 5-10 minute walk to the beach and all of the great local establishments in Ocean Beach. The home is part of three vacation rental homes. The listing includes two additional queen beds that WERE NOT on the property. We booked this based on what was included in the listing and were disappointed two queen beds were absent from the property. One of our guests had to sleep in a reading nook on a bogus sleeping pad. The kitchen was dusty and dirty. The futon in the living room had crumbs all over it and was not clean. The rooftop patio furniture was fine, though some pieces were broken and there were no cushions so it’s not super comfortable to sit up there. This was a fine place to stay, but be weary about traveling with 6 folks to stay here.
