No Smoking - Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises. An additional cleaning fee of $100 may be charged for cigarette butts found on the property
No Parties - Parties without prior written permission are not welcome here. Please spare our environment. A $100 cleaning fee will be charged for any confetti found.

Loved this house for three teenagers and three adults, close walk to the beach, lots of walkable places to eat/ coffee shops. Parking for two cars was amazing especially for the weekend. Will stay again when family comes to town!

Such the cool modern container house with three stories and the best part is the rooftop hatch to the deck overlooking beach and sunset views! The teens loved the lofted beds and we enjoyed the convenient location to the beach and delicious eateries like brunch at Benedict’s! And so great being close to city and sunset beach places but also not far from La Jolla, Del Mar, and Torrey Pines. The hammock, provided coffee, and cool decor with lots of porch perches and the outdoor bathroom made for a neat touch. However, the beds were not very comfortable, the outside noise of airplanes and traffic was incessant and loud through very thin walls, and the bathrooms were tight. Still a great stay with all good provisions, even beach towels, but could use some extra blinds, sound machines, and TLC.
