LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Newly renovated BEACHFRONT Duplex cottage A just steps from Ocean Beach. This rare 2/1 beach cottage is just steps away from all Ocean Beach has to offer: dog beach, surfing, swimming and some of the best local shopping and dining experiences. The freshly remodeled 1950's styled beach cottage was designed to embrace the classic nature of the historic building. It is equipped with all the modern amenities to make your stay comfortable: outdoor BBQ(shared), Smart TV, one on-site parking spot and some beach day essentials found in your personal storage unit. In addition to the standard bedrooms the cottage is equipped with 3 Murphy Beds which allows us to accommodate up to 7 guests. For larger groups, we also have a matching 1/1 sister cottage (sleeps 5) next door that can be booked in concert.
