First floor: 4 bedrooms for 2 people, bathroom (bathtub) with 2 doors leading to 1 of the bedrooms and the hallway, and a separate toilet.
Oil-fired central heating.
Enclosed green space with lawn, garden furniture set on the gravel terrace, and barbecue.
Shared above-ground swimming pool (7 x 3 m, 1.2 m high), unheated, available from May to October depending on weather conditions and opening hours.
Communal fishing pond 200m away (access fee).
