This main floor apartment is well worn but well equiped and cozy. Lots of character.

The location is very central and I was able to easily walk to a lovely riverside dining hall for brunch and to the evening concert in the square. The unit is restful and quiet.

This did not impact the room in any way but the corridor outside the room smells quite musty from the cellar stairs nearby. It's not a big issue. I only noticed while coming and going. It's an historic building so one must factor that in to the charming place. Free street parking is available but it can be a bit of a walk to find a spot in high season.

Lovely

The floor was not level and very creaky. The pole in entrance way to the room was little awkward. The mattress for the baby cot doesn’t lay flat anymore because of the fold so may need replacing. I recognised the baby high chair from ikea, it usually has a seat belt and a tray, both of which would have been useful. Also the shower door gets caught on the shower floor when sliding it open. That all said the apartment was very well put together and the only real downside was having to climb so many stairs which is to be expected with a third floor apartment. Would definitely stay again, just not with a 1 year old child as carrying him and the pushchair up the stairs was a bit too much. Storage on the ground floor for the pushchair would resolve this.

Very good

The apartment was comfortably furnished and well-equipped. The self check-in (and out) arrangements were communicated clearly and worked well. The apartment is well situated for visiting the sights of Vichy with bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. The apartment we had does not get any direct sun - this was good in August as it meant it was nice and cool.

The parking was much more difficult than was suggested when we arrived at 4 pm - we eventually found a space in a pay and display car park. The terrace outside the apartment is shared with other apartments. This means you may have people sitting out there smoking occasionally and passing through and peering in your windows!

Ticked all the boxes!

Newly refurbed, one bed apart, on the second floor of an old building, in the centre of town. Well equipped kitchen, dining area and living area, plus balconies. Comfy bed, small fan, no AC. Entrance directly onto the main road. Lots of paid parking spots, within a couple of hundred metres. Paid parking starts at 9am. Shops, restaurants and bars close by. All good, highly recommended.

Le logement

Service Injoignable à partir de 1h du matin en cas de problèmes. Immeuble normalement non festif mais des jeunes qui écoutent du rap volume élevé dans le hall et leur logement porte ouverte malgrès une tentative de contact sans succès. Ils se permettent également de fumer à l'intérieur de l'immeuble qui est normalement interdit mais ça dépend pour qui ? Et ils se permettent aussi d'essayer d'ouvrir la porte des voisins sans y être invités.

L'entrée des communs vetuste et non entretenue. De plus elle était encombrée par du matériel. Pas de lumière et l'escalier pour accéder aux étages très vieux et sale. Appartement très bruyant puisque donnant sur la rue passante jusqu'à deux heures du matin.

Emplacement incroyable et facilité d'accès. Jolie décoration, salle de bain confortable et cuisine fonctionnelle. Un gros plus pour la terrasse.

Lit petit avec des ressorts un peu bruyants. Une gouttière au niveau de la terrasse est fuyarde, faisant pas mal de bruit.

Apartment hatte alles was es braucht. Bett war sehr bequem u die Bettdecke + Kissen überraschend von guter Qualität. Lage war toll.

Der Verkehr abends war extrem viel, wurde aber gegen später besser.

Studio parfait pour un week end

Studio au 3ème étage sans ascenseur avec des petits bacons très agréable. RAS c’était parfait. Situé dans le centre ville de Vichy, il y a un parking public à 5 min à côté pratique.

Parfait malgré le manque d'implication du service d'entretien

Nous avons aimé : L'ambiance, la quiétude de la résidence, la salle d'eau bien équipée, l'emplacement de la résidence, l'accès à une machine à laver, La facilité d'accueil et l'intimité des résidents. Cet appartement était la résidence idéale pour passer une semaine en couple malgré ses petits défauts.

Nous avons moins aimé : -Le manque de certains essentiels comme; Un étendoir à linge (le sèche-linge a tendance à s'arrêter en cours de cycle malgré que le réservoir soit vidé), une planche à découper (ça a beaucoup manqué), des bols. -Le manque de propreté ; les sols ainsi que le tapis de salon étaient sales, chaussons obligatoires.. le plaid perdu sur le balcon.. le canapé tâché, mais surtout il faut vérifier la vaisselle après les locataires car nous avons dû tout relaver en arrivant (traces de rouge à lèvres, gras, saletés...). Les portes et les murs de la SDB étaient sales (coulures, bavures..).

Un bon rapport qualité prix pour un court séjour

L'appartement est bien placé, entre le centre-ville, les parcs qui bordent l'Allier et le bassin nautique. Il est propre, récemment rénové dans un esprit moderne, et très bien équipé pour un séjour de plusieurs jours.

Les fenêtres de l'appartement donnent en partie sur une cour intérieure assez sale et en partie sur une rue assez sombre. L'appartement n'est donc pas très lumineux, avec un vis à vis qui empêche d'ouvrir complètement les rideaux. Par ailleurs il n'y a pas de parking et le stationnement dans les environs n'est pas facile. Le bâtiment ancien a du charme mais les parties communes ont été rénovées sommairement, et au final on est assez loin du centre ville commerçant, la première boulangerie est à 500m.

Bon emplacement appartement mais qui nécessiterait plus d’équipement et de soin.

Établissement propre. Appartement fonctionnel. Cuisine moderne.

Manque d’équipement dans la cuisine (1 seule petite casserole, pas de saladier…). Pas de vérification apparemment entre les locations de l’électroménager (lave vaisselle en panne dès le premier jour). Sèche linge dans la buanderie en panne sans notice pour savoir quel est le problème. Un étendage pour toute la résidence. Matelas qui a fait, je pense, son temps et qui nécessiterait un changement.
