Location and parking. AC was working well (Japanese brand - DAIKIN)! The owner was kind and already turned on the AC, so the room was cool when we arrived! The room is very clean and the kitchen items are new.
The toilet sink faucet was installed hot and cold reversed. Only bath towels were available.

Nous avons apprécié la situation géographique de ce logement et le calme. L'accès au centre ville étant facile, nous n'avons pas fait appel à des transports en commun ou à l'usage de notre véhicule (parking gratuit dans la copropriété). Tout se fait à pieds. S'agissant du logement proprement dit, nous avons apprécié la grande propreté des locaux, des sanitaires, cuisine et vaisselles. La literie est très confortable.

Appartement sur la rue. Lampes de chevets n'éclairent pas bien.
