Easy access due to self check-in

The room smelled like an ashtray. Even though there were no smoking signs, clearly someone had smoked inside and not just once. It smelled like a smoker’s apartment where the window is rarely opened. Unfortunately the night we stayed there was so cold that we also could only air a bit before bed but had to close the windows overnight (probably too noisy from the street anyway). In any case the night was short because the next morning some maintenance guy walked into our room not aware that it was occupied.

Room was good all appliances worked. Extra large bed very comfortable.

We found the bed had not been made/changed since the last occupants. The room was on the second floor not the best …..having a dog ….also taking cases etc up to the room via stairs difficult.

Good quality price

The room was good, small but it had everything necessary. The bathroom was quite good too, there was also a hairdryer. We spent one night there and it was okay. There is a common kitchen with coffee machine, kettle, a fridge.. for a breakfast the next morning was enough for us. We arrived late so nobody was there, but the instructions to get inside the apartment were very clear and everything worked perfectly.

Tout est très bien mise à part une légère odeur d'égouts dans l'entrée et la salle de bain.

Les oreillers étaient un peu gros et dur pour nous. Il serait idéal de proposer 2 tailles d'oreillers au choix. Bonne continuation

Prima kamer voor mensen die eropuit gaan.

Het is een netjes uitgevoerde kamer met een overdekt balkon in een historisch pand. De badkamer, WC en keuken waren modern en (vrijwel) nieuw ingericht. De kamer is toegankelijk via een sleutelkluis en de instructies waren tijdig en duidelijk gecommuniceerd.

Het bed was voor mij niet prettig. Een harde matras. Hoewel het overdekte balkon een leuke toevoeging is aan de kamer en veel licht geeft, is het gelegen aan een drukke doorgaande route. De ramen geven voldoende bescherming tegen het geluid maar het is niet echt rustig.

J'espère pouvoir louer 1 chambre (et non toute la maison) à chacun de mes trajets tous les 2 mois

Petit problème : le code envoyé par mail, message booking et texto était erroné. J'ai dû appeler malgré l'heure tardive de mon arrivée. Le bon code m'a rapidement été remis et ensuite tout a été absolument parfait : très bien situé, parking gratuit proche, chambre très calme (donnant sur l'arrière et non la grande rue heureusement), très propre (que c'est agréable !), bien équipé, literie excellente, clim' possible !, cuisine fort bienvenue dont café thé etc à disposition merci, décoration moderne et sympa, tout ce dont j'ai besoin merci bcp !

- Le petit coup de stress de l'arrivée sous l'orage avec un code qui ne fonctionnait pas. - L'appartement est dit avec terrasse mais pour accéder à la terrasse il faudrait enjamber la fenêtre ?

Vraiment très pratique

L'emplacement et le côté pratique me conviennent parfaitement. C'était très charmant, propre et opérationnel surtout que c'était une décision de dernière minute. J'ai de la famille à Gannat et je reviendrai assurément.

Rien. Je n'ai cependant pas testé la sécurité du véhicule dans la rue. A voir donc puisque je reviendrai.

Chambre propre avec vue sur une arrière cour … arrivée à 18.30 avec boîte à clefs … très facile d’accès de l’autoroute venant de Nantes et facile à reprendre le lendemain pour Montpellier…

Soirée festive avec musique très forte jusque tard ds la nuit , donnant sur l’arrière cour. Probablement le bar installé sur le parking à côté de l’immeuble !!! Donc ne réservez pas ici si vous faites une étape apres une longue route et que vs devez être frais pour repartir à l’aube le lendemain pour 600 kms de conduite …. Le loueur ne propose pas de dedommagement ou de minoration en cas de pollution sonore empêchant de dormir une grande partie de la nuit….

Tres bon séjour dans un endroit tres agreable.

Chambres très bien isolees, literie très confortable, parking a 1minute gratuit . La decoration est très jolie et soignée. . la recuperation des clés est très pratique

Tout était tres bien mais comme la maison est prevue aussi pour 10 personnes il manque un plat adapte et le coin salon est un peu juste en assise pour 10. Un lave vaisselle serait appreciable mais cela reste juste quelques details qui n enlevent rien a la grande qualite du logement ou nous avons passe un tres bon moment entre amis.

Étape d une journée en Auvergne

Logement très propre, literie confortable. Très belle salle de bain. Parking gratuit à proximité. J ai beaucoup aimé le petit salon à l entrée qui fait penser aux hôtels. Bien que l appartement en lui même ne soit pas équipé en kitchenette, (appartement du 1er étage), une cuisine commune est à disposition avec tout le nécessaire et surtout très propre.

Le seul petit bémol, ce sont les bruits des escaliers en bois pour accéder aux appartements lorsque les gens rentrent où sortent et si vous êtes au 1er étage, le parquet de l étage du dessus qui grince quand les gens marchent.

Séjour d'une nuit courte mais agréable. Une petite terrasse sympathiq pour prendre le petit déjeuné

logements spacieux, bien équipés et très propre, literie confortable.

Difficulté à trouvé le code d'accès dans le bâtiment, il a fallu patienter dans la rue 1/2 h sous la pluie à 22h pour avoir un appel en retour. C'est dommage.

Eigentlich gute Ferienwohnung mit einem Fehler

Die Lage mit den kostenlosen Parkplätzen mitten in der Stadt, die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung und die unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe .

Die Bettwäsche ohne Überzug, irgendwie fühlte man sich unwohl, weil man nicht wusste, ob und wieviel andere Gäste bereits darin geschlafen haben.
