We were very happy with the Top Shellf condo! The layout was perfect for adults and kids alike. The view was breathtaking. The communication was exceptional- truly. The condo was exactly as it is in pictures- seldom the case with condo rentals. We sincerely hope to be able to come back!

We really enjoyed the location of this condo. It was not crowded, the water was clear and the sand was white! The condo has tennis courts, a sand volleyball net and kayaks to use on the lake. We also found a ton of sea shells which was a nice change vs staying in Destin. The water was fishy, which was perfect for our family who likes to fish. The condo itself is older but this unit was completely updated, clean and nicely kept. There are fans in every room, which was nice. It seems like the air conditioner had a difficult time keeping cool at times. One evening we returned and it was 77 in the unit…this would be more of an issue during prime summer months. We were here the very last week of May. No other complaints!

Incredible place to stay! Perfectly situated for views and so close to the beach. The extra perk was having a complimentary set of chairs and umbrella already set up by beach service (can call and have more setup - on your dime). We saw dolphins about 100 yards out for 2 of our 5 days there. Management was responsive and helpful. This place is a hidden gem away from the crowds and madness of 30A, Rosemary and Panama City. Truly magical.
