Broad, sweeping porches and a gentle sea breeze greet you as you arrive at The Little White House (pro tip: this is the best spot in the house to sip your morning ☕️ or unwind with a glass of 🍷 at the end of the day!). With sleeping space to accommodate up to 12 guests, the main house and guest house (yes, both are included for your use!) have been thoughtfully designed and decorated with families in mind.

🌴 THE COMMUNITY 🌴

Nestled within the exclusive, gated community of Carillon Beach, the home is approximately 500 feet from beach Walkover #1, one of eight private beach access points in the community. Our home is just around the corner from one of three neighborhood pools, a playground, and basketball, tennis & pickle ball courts. Take a short, leisurely stroll to downtown Carillon, where you’ll find a variety of quaint shops, cafés, and even a boutique gym, pilates studio, and salon and spa. During the summer, enjoy live music and family movie nights on the Village Green. Hop in the car for a short 7-minute drive and venture over to 30Avenue and Rosemary Beach for quick access to more restaurants and shopping, or head west and explore Pier Park, St. Andrew’s State Park, and the rest of the attractions Panama City Beach has to offer.

🅿️ Guests are required by the Carillon HOA to register and pay $37.50 per vehicle to receive a pass to park on premises and access neighborhood amenities. There is space to park three vehicles at our home: two in the driveway/garage and one on the street. Street parking is strictly enforced by Carillon.
🛠️ Minor construction noise is possible from a home being built down the street. Please understand that this is outside of our control during work hours; however, quiet hours are strictly enforced by Carillon.
