This house offers privacy and has porches on every level. The open plan featuring a chef’s kitchen, large great room, porch, dining space, powder room, and master suite with private bath on main level. On the second level you will find the second master suite, bunk room with private bath, and second guest suite and a full laundry room. The Third level features a third large master suite with gulf views; as well as, a second entertaining space with tv/xbox and access to the ultimate top floor deck. The Sky deck is fully equipped with the necessary entertainment connections and unbelievable views. Uniquely, this home has five bedrooms - four bedrooms all with king beds, televisions, and private bath and one bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds for a total of 4 beds, television, and private bath. This home is equipped with upgraded wireless, large outdoor natural gas grill, and two Xbox's. Remember to bring your Xbox games! Four reserved chaise lounge cushioned chairs with umbrellas and one canvas set of 2 chairs and one umbrella on the beach (from March 1 to October 31) are available with rental. Additional rental chairs are available.

Carillon Beach offers private beach access, multiple pools, private Lake Carillon, close proximity to Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) and much more! Guests have access to three Carillon swimming pools, full size basketball court, tennis courts, pickleball, playground, green game area, and free concerts. Whether you want to engage in water sports, relax reading a book under your umbrella, see a beautiful sunset, or throw a fishing line into the surf, Carillon Beach is where it all happens.

Downtown Carillon and many surrounding coastal communities offer many dining, shopping, yoga/fitness, biking, golfing, spa and entertainment districts options. Bikes and paddle board rentals are available in downtown Carillon. Additional Beach rental services are also available through La Dolce Vita.

Couple of items of importance you should aware of before your stay: - Our home allows for parking in the driveway for up to 3 mid sized vehicles (will be tight fit) or 2 vehicles and a golf cart rental. Carillon HOA has a clear parking policy that no guest vehicles can be parked on HOA common area overnight. We just want to be upfront about this so you can plan accordingly. - Carillon HOA also does NOT allow for owner golf carts to be operated in Carillon Beach. All golf carts must be rented to operate in Carillon Beach. - All pools in Carillon now have a gate code for entry and exit to the pools. We will send this to you closer to your arrival date

MOST IMPORTANTLY, we will need to register you at the security gate for access to Carillon. I will need to know the number of vehicles (up to 3) and the primary driver of each (who will be driving into the gate the first day of arrival), your email address, and cell phone number. PLEASE GET THIS TO ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. We will register each vehicle/primary driver which will prompt an introduction/link via email and text to Carillon's gate entry system. You will need to register each vehicle and driver on this system and pay a fee of $35 per vehicle (plus a credit card processing fee). Once this is all completed you will receive a QR Code which can be screen shot and saved on your phone to scan at the QR Code reader located at the security gate. If for some reason the QR Code doesn't work you can enter the PIN CODE that is also included with the QR Code information. This registration and payment must we completed before your arrival for entry into Carillon.
