Buffered by Lake Powell and the state park, Carillon Beach ensures peace and privacy. Unlike neighboring communities, golf carts are allowed, making it easy to navigate and enjoy this charming seaside haven.

Carillon prioritizes the safety and security of its community. To support this, you must register every vehicle with SymLiv to gain access to this community and amenities. You will obtain a QR code/PIN number for easy access to all amenities. There is a $35 per vehicle fee due to SymLiv at time of registration. This fee is not included in your rental; it is an additional fee that is paid directly to the resort. In Carillon Beach, personal chairs and umbrellas can be set up close to the water. Canopies are allowed, but can be no larger than 10' x 10' and can have NO advertising/branding on them.
