The home is reverse living. 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a den are downstairs and upstairs includes the master suite, kitchen, dining room, living room, and a half bath. Seasonal lounge chairs with umbrellas will be available located on the beach. Enjoy the safety of riding bikes or walking around all of Carillon's amenities. Two blocks away from the marketplace that includes the following businesses and attractions: Lake Powell Pizza, Our Little Beach Cafe, Salon Baliage & Spa, Paradise Fitness Gym, Shipwreck (general beach store), Salty Bottle wine shop, Panama City Coffee Co, Village Green space that provides seasonal free concerts and movie nights, and a chapel service. Additional amenities include 3 pools (2 heated off-season), a tennis court, pickleball courts, a basketball court, a playground, and a lush professional landscape promenade. This was such a wonderful home for our family. I have never had such a great experience from a host. Katie was always available to answer any questions and went above any expectations I had! She is very thoughtful and generous. We absolutely will stay here again! Loved the community and felt right at home. Thank you Katie!
