The living area is filled with cozy furnishings and plenty of space to accommodate a crowd. Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

Golf Carts: All rental golf carts must be rented through Coastal Cars & Carts 850-999-7733, which is the exclusive vendor in Carillon beach. No other rental carts will be allowed on the property.

Carillon is the best kept secret anywhere near or even on 30A. What a great neighborhood. House was fine for what we needed, but it was unseasonably cold and the heat had a hard time heating the downstairs. Scenic stays was very communicative and gave us everything we needed including laundry detergent (which isn't normal). Thank you for that.

Take it Easy is one of our favorite songs. So we were pleased with the name. The cute style caught our eye in 2014 when we first stayed in Carillon on the beach. We have been back many years to Carillon Beach at different houses. This house has a very open first floor with the kitchen and dinning area with table for 6 also a small couch with footrest to look out onto one of the screened porches facing the lake. You have a lovely view of the small Church. At night the lights of the condos light up the night , very pretty. The living room has 2 full couches and 2 side chairs arranged to face the big screen tv. The TV is visible from kitchen and dinning room.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The master with king bed and access to the second porch over looking lake. The guest room is next to the master and is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The third room is the bunk room and it is very cute with 2 sets of bunks. One has single bed over full and one has a stairway to the top. This is sturdy bunks with wood frames. And enough floorspace to feel comfortable. This overlooks the beautiful Beachside drive lined with large palms. You are so close to the beach, just cross street and the walkover is in the area to the left. We had a wonderful stay and this home surprised us with style and open space. And the Gorgeous beach is the best sand ever.

Take it Easy was the perfect place for us. It had everything we needed and more. Scenic Stays made everything so easy and they were available for all questions. I definitely will be back

Take It Easy was just that for us! We had the best most relaxing week in Carillon! The house itself was the perfect size for our group of 8 — two families with four kids. The house is located right on Lake Powell, 50 steps from beach walkover 6 and the beach pool, and about .25 mile from Lake Powell Pizza and Our Little Beach Cafe, so very convenient!
Some things I want to note about the house itself to justify the 3 star review:
1) The exterior of the house could use a good power washing. There are dead bugs all over the porches, and in every roof overhang. Honestly surprised the neighborhood allows this level of upkeep.
2) The screens on the screened in porches are ripped in several places, so they flap and generally look bad.
3) Inside, the house is in similar shape. Every wall could stand to be painted, and the wood floors need to be refinished.
4) All three bathrooms are very small and grungy, again in need of maintenance or updating. The shower head drips in one of the king bedrooms, which is annoying all night long.
5) In the same king bedroom, the bed actually fell apart. We had to request maintenance to repair the slats that were half-hazardly “installed.”
6) There were sufficient pots/pans to cook with, and dishes to eat on, but plan to purchase your own spices, etc.
