About this apartment rental
When we saw the view from the balcony, we were sold on this unit! This is a family owned unit that we purchased in October 2018. We have owned property at Pinnacle Port since 1980 and feel that there is no better place to stay at the beach. As the family has grown we decided to start looking for a 3 bedroom unit and it was love at first sight on C2-204. Ultimately, it needed a lot of work and so we decided to do a top to bottom renovation. Everything in this unit is new. New flooring, new cabinets, new toilets, new showers, new tub, new appliances, and new furniture. You will not be disappointed! When you walk in the door, your eyes are drawn down the shiplap lined hallway to the wall of sliding glass doors that looks over the gulf. The balcony is the star of the unit. With tables and chairs, it is set up perfectly to gaze at the gulf over a cup of coffee in the morning, or to sit and watch the sunset with a glass of wine in the evening! While completing the finishing touches on the renovation, we saw dolphins every day! The master bedroom is furnished with a King bed. It has built in cabinets to store all of your items. The cabinet houses a brand new 43" UHD TV. The ensuite bathroom is complete with double sinks and a seated vanity area. The glass enclosed, tile shower is amazing! The front bedroom also has a King bed. It has two closets and a wall mounted 43" UHD TV. The front bedroom has easy access to the hall bathroom that is complete with tile full tub-shower combo. The middle bedroom is the perfect room for kids! Complete with bunk beds and a queen bed, this room sleeps four. A built in cabinet houses another 43" UHD TV. There is also a closet to hold hang up clothes. The attached bathroom has a tile shower with sliding glass door as well. The living room has a recliner, loveseat, and sleeper sofa. Should you tire of the view out the three sliding glass doors, a 50 inch HD television ensures that you won't miss your favorite shows or the big game while on vacation. WiFi is available throughout the unit with 2 access points to ensure connectivity. The table in the open concept living area seats six. The kitchen is completely updated with new cabinets, granite countertops and brand new stainless appliances. This truly is a one of a kind unit that will give your family a vacation full of memories to last a lifetime!

This condo has the perfect layout and perfect location! The condo is very close to the water and walkway. The condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for your stay. The huge balcony was amazing! Jackie was amazing to communicate with as well! She was very easy to get ahold of and quickly handled anything. I would highly recommend this property!

Could not have been more perfect! Sitting on balcony was almost like sitting on the beach we were so close . Condo was very nice ! Will definitely come back to this particular property !
