About this house rental
Maybe one of the most peaceful and relaxing settings just east of Rosemary Beach, Fl at Phillips Inlet. The large spacious decks on both levels have lots of comfortable furniture for spending your days enjoying the Ocean Breeze. The first level decks have many places for you to relax in. The second level has awesome views of the gulf across the natural dunes. Ocean Breeze sits only 3 lots west of Helen Camp State Park conservation area. The beach access and dune walkover is approximately 100 yards to the east. You will find these beaches very secluded with lots of space to enjoy.
In front of the Ocean Breeze, is a large sandy area set up with Adirondack chairs and a fire pit for more family time after a relaxing day around the water. The homes is designed to sleep 10-12. It has a first level floor bedroom with a king bed and separate full bathroom. A 1/2 bath is also on the first level. The upstairs features 2 more bedrooms. Considered as a master, is another King bed with its own bathroom with views of the eastern sunrise and direct gulf views. Also on the second floor is another room that consists of two bunks that are made up of double bed with twin on top. (2 of these) This room has a direct gulf view also. Another bath room on the second floor features a shower and sink.
Our large pool was built in 2018 and can be heated. It is very family oriented and relaxing. We have a gas grill that is down by the pool area. In the front, we have hammocks and a firepit with chairs to enjoy.
This is a Saturday to Saturday rental during May to August. 5-7 nights minimum.
Other months vary.
The location of this home makes it close to all the 30A restaurants, shops, entertaining and different attractions. Pier Park is only a few miles to the east in PCB as well. Great home for bicycle rides or walks to many well known establishments!

The house was very spacious with a nice, open floor plan — plenty of room to spread out and relax. The kitchen was well stocked, and the pots and pans were much better quality than what you usually find in a rental home, which was a nice surprise!The pool area was fantastic, especially for our dog. It was completely fenced in and also had a good amount of green space with a wooded area where our dog could explore or go to the bathroom safely — all fenced in around the pool.The location was fantastic. We stayed in the same neighborhood two years ago and loved it. Unfortunately, this year there was quite a bit of nearby construction. Several new homes are going up, and we heard sawing, nail guns, and pounding almost every day — even on the weekends.Beach access, however, is excellent. The beach is still very private and quiet with very few people around, and the October weather was absolutely perfect.Overall, it’s a beautiful property in a great location — hopefully next time the construction will be finished so it’s as relaxing as it used to be!

The best thing about this house is the location! We’ve been coming to the 30a area for a while now and this may have been our favorite location. The neighborhood is nice and secluded. There are two options of beach access. We chose using the boardwalk; slightly longer walk but there was almost literally no one on that portion of the beach. The house itself was pretty good. Nice layout with enough space for two families (we had 9 total; 4 adults and 5 kids). Really enjoyed the wrap around porch/deck. The beds were comfortable. Having beach chairs/umbrellas was nice. I do want to mention some things that could be improved to make this house a premium stay in 30a… I’ll start with storage in the kitchen. This kitchen was WELL stocked, but we didn’t have anywhere to put our groceries so everything stayed on the countertops. This kind of became a challenge when we needed to cook. The bathroom doors are pocket doors and a couple of them would not lock. The cold water handle on the upstairs tub was broken off and held together with painters tape. The pool was a nice plus! But the pool itself and the pool area could use more lighting for night swims. One more thing that would make the house better is to give shade/blind options in the bedrooms upstairs. Once the sun started rising around 6am, we were up. I can’t say enough nice things about the owner. She was very communicative. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back!
