***Repairs to the sea wall will be taking place throughout the month of August. During this time, there may be days when the dock is inaccessible. There may be potential for noise weekdays between 9am -5pm

Guests will have full, private access to the home. You’ll receive a unique door code prior to arrival, which will activate at check-in time for easy, contactless entry.
Your Guest Portal will include your door code, Wi-Fi details, parking information, and other helpful stay information, all in one convenient place. If you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, our Guest Services team is always available

Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and there is on-site parking for up to 2 vehicles in the complex lot. Biking is also a great way to explore the area and enjoy the coastal scenery.

- Toilet paper
- Tissues
- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar
- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Dishwasher tabs
If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.

- Mailbox access is not available for guests

I enjoyed my stay very much. As a solo traveler this trip i felt very secure and was able to park just a few feet from my door. Very quite neighborhood. Peaceful time on the private pier watching the sunsets. I found the bed to be super comfortable. Wifi was easy to connect and was happy to find everything needed in the kitchen to prepare meals. I often find places with no cookware or anything so this one had it all. Loved the assortment of coffees and teas . Looking forward to booking this one again next year!

The place was spacious and clean. The only issue is crossing A1A to get to beach

the listing looks like the dock is private when in fact it's shared with the other units which was unclear. The bbq area as well as the porch of our unit either didn't have seating or only 1 chair so it was hard to enjoy the outdoor area. The unit was clean but had a very heavy odor of something when we arrived and bedroom blinds don't offer much privacy and curtain rods are falling out. Lack of a kitchen table was also odd. the unit served it's purpose but would not rebook if we returned.
