The Space:
Located on the first floor of our 8-unit "aparthotel," Unit A includes one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each bedroom provides ample closet space to stow your belongings, while the bathroom includes a vanity with extra storage space in the closet adjacent the door. The common areas offer plenty of sunlight, highlighting beautiful features like chic marble flooring, playful galactic decor, and brand new furniture and appliances including a dishwasher. In the lounge area you'll find a leather couch and and two armchairs to kick back and stream your favorite show on the Smart TV, while the inviting kitchen is fully stocked with a Milky Way breakfast bar providing seating for four. 400 South is a newly-renovated, 8-unit "aparthotel" located just outside historic downtown Cocoa Beach. Situated on one of its popular local beachfront streets, you'll be in perfect proximity to ocean - think daytime beach sojourns or a romantic sandy sunset walk. It's a 5-minute walk to downtown, and just 50 steps to the beach from your front door! The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, with a gated community directly across the street and million-dollar mansions all around!
Getting Around:
Located on A1A with Uber and Lyft being very prevalent in the area. Downtown area is within walking distance!

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Tissues
- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar
- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

Loved our mini vacation here! Just across from beach access and a 5-10 minute walk to shops and restaurants. The personal outdoor patio and shower was really nice. Also there’s a community bbq and pool that was great to cook out and relax after a day at the beach. Plenty of towels, toiletries, and the kitchen was stocked. We will definitely be back.

The pool was ideal for our kids, ages 6, 8, and 10. The walk distance to the ocean was awesome (less than 2 mins). The distance to the downtown area was walkable and we really enjoyed our stay! I had a question about how to lock the door properly and the staff was very quick with a response to help us out.

Welcoming for sure! Out door shower would not work and the furniture and beds were quite uncomfortable. Other than those things we enjoyed our time there!

Our stay had a few positives, but overall it fell short of expectations. The communication with the host was good, and we appreciated that the property was pet-friendly. The location was also convenient, with easy access to restaurants and shops.Unfortunately, the condition of the unit was disappointing. The arm of the couch was broken, and the purple chairs felt like the springs were coming through, making them uncomfortable and unusable. The couch was advertised as a sleeper, but I wouldn’t feel comfortable sleeping on it. The mattresses throughout were just okay.The kitchen was also lacking—there was no pantry space, and when we went to make dinner, we found only two knives and a single fork in the drawer, which made cooking difficult. Outside, the pool furniture was in poor condition, with rust and visible holes.While we didn’t end up needing it, the dryer at the complex was also broken. On top of that, the checkout process included a long list of tasks, which felt excessive given the condition of the rental.Overall, despite a few positives, I would not recommend staying here.
