There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property

There are hardly the right words to say how wonderful we feel about staying at this truly outstanding property!! Outstanding warm welcome, with the name of EVERYONE in our party on the welcome board! Every thoughtful detail was prepared for us. Abundance of towels and blankets and a huge basket of goodies, The cupboards were loaded with the essentials for home cooking and grilling on the patio. Bathroom cabinet loaded with essentials in case we needed something. Lovely fresh flowers all over the place! Cindy and Tracy checked in to ensure we were doing well - all made our New Years stay very very special! We are so grateful for this hospitality ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

There is nothing that we did not like!!!

Loved this place! Owners when WAY above and beyond to make us comfortable and welcome! Cindy and Tracy were amazing at communicating with us before, during, and after our stay. The house is filled with absolutely everything you could think of: usb charging ports everywhere, tons of snacks, every bathroom amenity, dog toys, etc. Also, there are beach chairs, beach toys, and a cabana available for use. And the beach is a stones throw away. Super close! Beach is dog friendly during posted hours (google search cocoa beach dog hours). Two parking spots with super easy access to the front door. Super comfortable beds and super clean inside. So happy we chose to stay here. Cindy and Tracy were simply the best!

I only wish we could have stayed longer.

Everything we needed plus more. Great welcome baskets for us and our fur baby. The apartment was decorated beautifully and the patio area was awesome for ppl and pets. So close to the beach access. It was wonderful and so was the hospitality we were shown.
