The Space:
Located on the first floor of our 8-unit "aparthotel," Unit C includes one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a bright bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Each bedroom provides ample closet space to stow your belongings, while the bathroom includes a vanity with extra storage space in the closet adjacent the door. The common areas offer amazing sunlight, highlighting beautiful features like chic vinyl flooring, playful decor, and brand new furniture and appliances, including a dishwasher. In the lounge area you'll find a plenty of seating including a reclining couch to kick back and stream your favorite show on the Smart TV, while the ocean-chic kitchen is fully stocked with a driftwood bar that provides seating for four. 400 South is a newly-renovated, 8-unit "aparthotel" located just outside historic downtown Cocoa Beach. Situated on one of its popular local beachfront streets, you'll be in perfect proximity to ocean - think daytime beach sojourns or a romantic sandy sunset walk. It's a 5-minute walk to downtown, and just 50 steps to the beach from the front door! The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, with a gated community directly across the street and million-dollar mansions all around.
Getting Around:
Located on A1A with Uber and Lyft being very prevalent in the area. Downtown area is within walking distance.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Toilet paper
- Tissues
- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar
- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

Great little place! So glad we chose a ground floor unit they come with an inclosed patio with a sitting area and even an outdoor shower. It opens to the pool where there's a gazebo with a grill and tables and chairs. The unit had an incredible A/C keeping it cool, a well appointed and stocked kitchen and 50" smart TV. Only downside could be it's a little too minimal on furniture especially in the bedrooms the noise from the road when at the pool and if you get noisy guests upstairs. Just cross the road and you are at the beach!

Great place, looked newly remodeled. It’s only about a 150 steps to the beach. Cool little patio fenced in behind the unit that will be perfect when the pool is finished. They provide beach chairs/toys and has a good spot to wash off sand.

Great location across the street from dog friendly beach. Unit was very comfortable. Our stay coincided with hurricane Ian so we spent almost three days without electricity but that was the worst for us and no fault of host. We would stay again.

Nice location. Unit needs some TLC. Curtains wouldn’t close. Could you towel rack. Little things missing. Hair dryer that didn’t work. Biggest issue is the walls are very thin. This unit is on the bottom level. People upstairs were so loud and making so much noise kept us up all night. Too bad as the location is very nice.
