Located on the first floor of our 8-unit "aparthotel," Unit D includes one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each bedroom provides ample closet space to stow your belongings, while the bathroom includes a vanity with extra storage space in the closet adjacent the door. The common areas offer plenty of sunlight, highlighting beautiful features like modern futnirture, chic chromatic decor, and brand new furniture and appliances, including a dishwasher. In the lounge area you'll find a loveseat and couch to kick back and stream your favorite show on the Smart TV, while the pristine kitchen is fully stocked, with a breakfast bar providing seating for four. It's a 5-minute walk to downtown, and just 50 steps to the beach from the front door! Our particular unit was perfect. We loved the private patio and landscaping. A short walk to the beach (literally right across the street) and close enough to the nightlife and restaurants. My only complaint was the community pool. We arrived Friday, the clarity of the pool was ok. We left the beach early on Sunday to use the pool but when we got there, it had turned a greenish color. The unit we stayed in is 1 of 10 so there are 9 other unit owners to also make sure the pool is clean on a weekend. I could have easily reached out but we were leaving the next day. I’m sure this is just a 1-off as the pool/grill area was very nice. Ultimately, I would rent the same unit again and again. Dog friendly was a HUGE plus! Thank you Host for allowing us to stay in your home!!

This was a cute, and small little place that had everything we needed for a quick stay. Located across from the beach, it was a 5 minute walk to the sand. The neighborhood and location was great, surrounded by plenty of restaurants. The only negative thing was the super thin walls. The upstairs neighbor BLASTED music until 3AM which was unfortunate because we had just drove 12 hours and were exhausted. I have read other reviews that listed this same issue, maybe someone can talk to the neighbor and give them a heads up because everything else was great!!

Very nice unit, however the AC does not cool below 74 degrees during the hot day, and the bedrooms are typically 3-4 degrees warmer because lack of ductwork. When communicated issue with renter was told the AC had to be set to 72 that it would not cool lower than that, but my experience was it would only cool to 72 in the evening and usually took most of the night to get there. Washer and dryer are not combined with room it is one set shared with the whole complex of like 8 apartments and do not work very well dryer sounds like its got a bearing out and squeaks really loud. Pool area is nice and relaxing, water is open to sun all day so super warm, and beach is literally just a walk across the street.
