About this house rental
Spacious and warm family home, it has large fully equipped and open living areas, you will enjoy the view of the mountain peaks from the bay windows of the living room.
Ideally located in the heart of the charming village of Loudenvielle, you can walk to all amenities: tourist office, supermarket, shops, restaurants, cinema, lake of Génos, skyvall....
The accommodation:
You will access the house through a cul-de-sac, overlooking a common entrance where you will have the possibility to park 2 cars in front of the house.
Fully open kitchen overlooking the dining room, equipped with a large family table and everything you need: oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker (filter), raclette machine.
Spacious living room equipped with a large sofa, television (Canal + access) you will enjoy the view of the mountain, sitting by the fire (wood provided, and for the less courageous, there is electric 😉 heating).
Living room overlooking a large sunny terrace, where you will enjoy your meals in the summer consisting of a large table, a small lounge area, bar.
You will also find 1 separate toilet, a washing machine and a "ski" room to store your sports essentials. For children (and parents 😀), sleds are at your disposal.
Upstairs, you will find:
-a large bedroom: bed 180x200
- one bedroom: 180x200 bed
- a "children's" bedroom: 1 bed 140x190 and a bunk bed 2x90x190. + children's games
(Please note that only pillows and blankets 😉 are provided, remember to bring your own sheets - Service possible on request)
A large bathroom with shower and bath, 1 separate toilet.
And for babies, you will have at your disposal a high chair and a travel cot

- You will receive a few days before your arrival the necessary information to access the house
-You will find a welcome booklet with all the useful and practical information to have a pleasant stay.
-think about making the house as clean as you enjoyed finding it (that's why you don't pay extra costs) And for the less courageous, it is possible to add a cleaning 😀 service
