It’s a 3-minute walk from Lake Loudenvielle, 8 km from the Val Louron ski resort, a 5-minute drive from the gondola to the Peyragudes ski resort, and 5 minutes from the Balnéa water park. All amenities are nearby: bakery, Carrefour Montagne, pharmacy, doctor’s office, restaurants, various small shops...
A wide variety of activities are available: hiking, fishing, paragliding, swimming pool, inflatable games, tree-top adventure courses, paintball, paddleboarding, pedal boats, bike rentals for downhill rides, etc...
In winter: downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding, etc...
The house is fully equipped with all the comforts. The first floor features a large open space with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a spacious living room with a wood-burning stove, TV, Blu-ray player, and home theater system, a convertible sleeping area for two people, two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom, a toilet, and a pantry.
On the first floor, there is a dormitory with four single beds, a toilet, a bathroom, and a bedroom with a double bed. Baby equipment is available.
Outside, there is a patio with a garden table and a barbecue.
Parking for two cars.
During school breaks, rentals are available only on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday.

Outside of school breaks, rentals of less than a week are possible, with a minimum stay of 4 nights.
Bed linens are not provided.
