About this apartment rental
THE ACCOMMODATION:
Large duplex apartment in perfect condition and very well equipped for 8 people
Spacious at 70m², bright and comfortable
2 large balconies/terraces with magnificent panoramic views of the Pyrenees and the valley below.
500m from the foot of the slopes and the ESF ski school
Free shuttle bus less than 100m from the residence, taking you to the foot of the slopes in just 5 minutes
500m from the SKYVALL (gondolas) allowing you to descend in 9 minutes to Loudenvielle, its incredible thermal baths and its magnificent lake (tip: the Skyvall is included in the ski pass) !) 200m from the start of the downhill bike track. Sleeps 8: - Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140 x 190 cm) - Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm) - Alcove: 2 bunk beds (90 x 190 cm) (top bunk not suitable for children under 6) - Sofa bed: 140 x 190 cm 1 cot + cot linen + high chair available on request (€5/day for the set). Living area separated by a staircase and a door to the upstairs sleeping area. Board games/children's games available. Ample storage and wall cupboards. Private access via a secure and spacious private vestibule for storing skis/boots/bikes or other items. Two sleds available in the entrance vestibule. Bed linen provided at no extra charge (fitted sheet, duvet with duvet cover, pillow with pillowcase, extra blankets as needed in the cupboards). Bath/hand towels provided at no extra charge. Hair dryer/towel warmer. Kitchen kit included (pots/pans/dishes/kettle/filter and Nespresso coffee makers/toaster/mini-oven/microwave/refrigerator/dishwasher/various utensils), with some nice extras for food lovers: a raclette/pierrade grill, a waffle iron, and a sandwich maker. Private parking space at the foot of the residence. Independent access via a key box. GUEST ACCESS: You have the entire accommodation, as well as its SAS Private entrance allowing you to store your skis/boots/bikes, etc. No passage through common areas: access to the apartment is directly through a private door (no noise in a shared corridor, etc.) Two large staircases behind the Residence allow you to reach the heart of the Peyragudes resort. A free shuttle 100m from the apartment will take you to the foot of the slopes in a few minutes. The SKYVALL gondolas are 500m from the Residence, and allow you to descend to the village of Loudenvielle in 9 minutes (magnificent lake, starting point for various hikes, superb thermal baths, pumptracks and mountain bike dirt jumps, treetop adventure course, restaurants, etc) PGJyPg PGJyPg PGJyPg ENVIRONMENT: PGJyPg Small, friendly, and very well-located condominium with mountain views.
