About this house rental
Rental new villa 106m ² with closed garden near Loudenvielle. Classification: furnished with tourism 4 *. The house is located in a small subdivision in the town of Anéran-Camors, on the road to the Col de Peyresourde, 10 km from Arreau and 5 km from Loudenvielle.
On the ground floor: a bedroom with 1 bed 140, a bathroom and a toilet and a storeroom with washing machine adjacent to a garage for storing bike, ski ... A living room with open kitchen equipped with: dishwasher, oven, microwave, combined fridge / freezer, food processor, coffee maker, kettle, toaster.
The living room also has a TV and free WiFi.
On the floor: a room with a bed 160 and a room with a bed 140 and two beds 90. On the landing a toilet and a bathroom.
The house also has an enclosed garden, a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
The delivery and return of the keys will be made on site by a person whose details will be sent to you to pay the balance of the rental.
Many activities will be offered to you in this valley in all seasons.
In summer: hiking, biking, mountain biking, scooter, Balnéa spa, paragliding, canoeing, paddle, pedalo and fishing on the lake, accrobranche, swimming pool etc ...
In winter access to the resorts of Peyragudes and Val Louron is by road in 15 minutes. From the winter of 2019 you can also use the new 4-seater gondola Loudenvielle to go to Peyragudes. Important: it is imperative to bring chains in winter to access the house.
The cost of renting is set at
- Summer school holidays 770 € (summer) and 950 € (winters) - linen and charge included
- Outside school holidays 550 € (May to September) and 650 (October to April) - linen and charges included
- Possibility of short stay except school holidays (2 nights from mid December to mid March) 320 € + 80 € per extra night (charges included - linen not included)
- The supply of linen includes for each bed fitted sheet + 2 pillowcases + duvet cover + 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel)
- A discount of 10% is fixed in case of reservation of two consecutive weeks

La maison est idéalement située à proximité de la station de ski familiale de Val Louron. Elle est parfaitement équipée, comme à la maison.
Mme Lipin ainsi que Nelly qui nous a accueillis sont très agréables.
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine.

Le logement est très propre, très bien décoré et très agréable à vivre. Il est situé dans un petit lotissement au calme. Il est très bien équipé avec beaucoup d'ustensiles de cuisine. Il est très bien agencé et les 2 salles de bains et les 2 toilettes sont appréciables. La literie est super. Il est bien situé pour faire de nombreuses activités dans la vallée du Louron.
