Location is near Piccadilly station and not far away from town ,tiny flat but acceptable as the price is very affordable, clean,and the owner is very nice 😀

Everything is exactly as listed. 4 of us stayed here for one evening. I can imagine it might be a little cramped with more people but for us, it was exactly what we needed.

We needed to be near Royal Northern College of Music and this locale could not have been better. And it a short walk to the Manchester-Piccadilly train station also. The space was clean and well-maintained, linens were fresh, and the kitchen was supplied with all needs, including some continental breakfast options. Towards the college, there were several options for restaurants and Dan provided a Tip sheet for visitors. Dan was a responsive and kind homeowner too :) My only concern was the listing of how many beds were available. It lists 10 sleep spaces for adults but 6 would be the max. In addition, the additional spaces could fit up to 2 children/teens. This is if everyone shares a bed (except a small couch that could accommodate 1 small child) so a max of 8 people. If we needed to go back to the college area, we would stay there again!

This was a nice 2 bedroom apartment close to Manchester Piccadilly station. A reasonable walk into the city. Nicely decorated and modern.

Firstly when booking this apartment I found that there was a £150 charge for any damage caused. Which is fine by me, it’s a protection for the owner but what annoyed me was the money was taken out the day I booked instead of the day of arrival which I thought would happen. So I was left £150 more out of pocket. And now it’s almost been a week since coming back and I haven’t had the £150 back with no explanation and no replies from the owner.

4 olding music lovers stayed for night for a gig. Met by the owner and shown around and given really useful advice on transport and places to visit.

I would definitely recommend this apartment as it is a good location. The apartment had been tastefully decorated and puts a smile on your face. We were welcomed on arrival and was very helpful and friendly with any queries we had.

Plenty of room for all 5 of us that stayed with other spaces for extra if we needed it. Lovely refurbishment, everything lovely and clean. Would definitely stay again if we are out that way.

The appartment is compact but lovely. Comfortable beds and nice decor. Was pleasantly surprised to find milk, tea and coffee waiting for us, very much needed when we got in, thanks! The only thing I would change is having the security light on all night, made it a bit bright trying to sleep. Dan was extremely helpful and had great communication with us. Thanks again for all the local info and property info you sent us.

Dan & Team were great. He reached out to me before we booked the apartment and advised we could drop our bags or check in early if needed. Over the weekend they accommodated us throughout and also ensure you have everything you need in the apartment. Definitely recommend and will book again! Thank you!
