About this apartment rental
This unit (2bd/2bath, 5 guests, 3 beds) is on the second floor with beautiful ocean view. Located just steps away from the Carlsbad State Beach. Enjoy the breathtaking sunset views from your room. Just minutes away from most things such as restaurant, Bar, cafe shop, convenience store etc.
If there is anything you'd like to have while you're here, don't hesitate to request is in advance! We try to be as accommodating as possible.
Recently renovated and remodeled with modern decorating and furnishing. Two comfortable bedrooms feature King/queen beds. With a two-seat sofa which can be pullout into a bed. In addition to two full baths, the property features refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, television, AC, heating, celling fan. Two barbecue grills on the front yard is shared with other guests (total 4 units in the building). Our fill kitchen includes basic cookware, utensils, and dishes. Guests can use the washer and dryer inside the unit or the community machines in the laundry room. We are a Non-Smoking Property. There is no smoking inside or outside on our property. Including the balconies.

Location was great and accesible to the beach, stores and restaurants. The condo was clean and comfortable. Host communicated in a timely manner and was accommodating. We will definitely be back

The house is a little dated like a New Jersey sea shore house which is just fine for me.Great view of the ocean and sunset. The only thing I would recommend would be to update the beach chairs. The age or wear seems to be overlooked. I will likely rent again.

Disappointing for the money. I’ve stayed at quite a few VRBO and this one was pretty disappointing. Check in was a breeze. When we arrived, the beach location has a construction porta potty and a bunch of construction directly in front of and on the side street. Terrible view when you pay for a beach view right across the street from the ocean. This should have been disclosed. The home was clean and decent however they had the cheapest 99 cent hand soaps in bathrooms and kitchen that were all empty and one was watered down with water in the bedroom. Zero extra supplies in any cupboard. Communication with property manager was just ok. The day of our arrival, it took him several hours PAST our check in time to reply to our request from earlier in our day if we could check in an hour early due to our travel. Overall, it was disappointing and definitely not worth the money. I will not be back to this one. Bummer.
