This unit (2bd/2bath, 5 guests, 3 beds) is on the second floor with beautiful ocean view. Located just steps away from the Carlsbad State Beach. Enjoy the breathtaking sunset views from your room. Just minutes away from most things such as restaurant, Bar, cafe shop, convenience store etc.
If there is anything you'd like to have while you're here, don't hesitate to request is in advance! We try to be as accommodating as possible.
Recently renovated and remodeled with modern decorating and furnishing. Two comfortable bedrooms feature King/queen beds. With a two-seat sofa which can be pullout into a bed. In addition to two full baths, the property features refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, television, AC, heating, celling fan. Two barbecue grills on the front yard is shared with other guests (total 4 units in the building). Our fill kitchen includes basic cookware, utensils, and dishes. Guests can use the washer and dryer inside the unit or the community machines in the laundry room. We are a Non-Smoking Property. There is no smoking inside or outside on our property. Including the balconies.

this location was amazing! right at the cross walk, steps to the beach, and so close to town. we never got in the car to go anywhere, we walked all over. the condo was clean and had everything we needed for a day at the beach.

We had a great stay at this property right across the street from the beach in Carlsbad. The location is fabulous! Beautiful views! We had everything we needed and wanted. We liked the location, the place itself is clean and as described. We loved having beach items in the storage. Only issue was a noise coming from one AC that kept going even after turning the unit off. We only needed the AC for one hour on our last day of our 4 night stay so it wasn't a big deal. This is a perfectly located property for us. North to south ocean views and patio for anyone wanting to enjoy without sand and close enough to go back and forth to the beach as often as you want. Walk to town easily. Parking provided. Spacious, well appointed and comfortable inside. We love to cook and the kitchen was a good size. Even with the road out front it was quiet. It was awesome for reconnecting with family. The wifi wasn't best, but we didn't care, we weren't there to work. Best ocean stay ever! everyone else.

Location GREAT!!!!! Property location within close (2min)walking distance to beach, (2 min)walking distance to Carlsbad Village. Great location. The street in front of the location gets trafficky in the afternoon and a bit loud,, but is silent after 9pm. Unit B was spacious. A/C’s in both bedrooms and living room worked well. Chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and even an ice chest to take to the beach. Great value for the price. I would stay there again.

We had an amazing stay at this property. It was right on the beach next to a cross walk for easy access. We also had our own parking spot which was so nice for convenience. Town was a very short walk which we enjoyed everyday. We would definitely stay again.

Disappointing for the money. I’ve stayed at quite a few VRBO and this one was pretty disappointing. Check in was a breeze. When we arrived, the beach location has a construction porta potty and a bunch of construction directly in front of and on the side street. Terrible view when you pay for a beach view right across the street from the ocean. This should have been disclosed. The home was clean and decent however they had the cheapest 99 cent hand soaps in bathrooms and kitchen that were all empty and one was watered down with water in the bedroom. Zero extra supplies in any cupboard. Communication with property manager was just ok. The day of our arrival, it took him several hours PAST our check in time to reply to our request from earlier in our day if we could check in an hour early due to our travel. Overall, it was disappointing and definitely not worth the money. I will not be back to this one. Bummer.

We stayed in Carlsbad for four days. Our unit was on the second floor across the highway from the ocean. The view was fantastic. There are steps to access the beach right in front of unit and you can hear the waves crashing at night. Beach is very walkable and walk to town is about ten minutes and is a very nice town. Would stay again. Easy check in and out, never saw the property manager.

We checked in on Sunday afternoon after 3pm. It was easy to acess without needing keys. Those stairs leading up to the second floor made it difficult on my bad knees. But the sunset views made it all worthwhile. Our spot was clean and within walking distance to food and 7 Eleven. Beach access was right across the street which made it convenient with our grandkids. We will definitely be booking again soon.

The location for what we wanted to experience on this trip definitely met our expectation. We love how close we are to the beach and can easily walk to town and enjoy the lovely eateries around. We felt safe in the neighborhood and my kids totally frolicked all day in the sand for the majority of the time and didn't want to be anywhere else. As far as the accommodations go, you'll find the basic necessities in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms to be sufficient. We also appreciate that the owner provided essentials when heading to the beach. If there's anything I'd like to suggest is probably having an indoor mat as soon as you walk in when entering the property especially when you're dealing with wet soles and sandy feet. I was constantly sweeping to make sure the sand doesn't get everywhere else in the condo. Overall, our family had a wonderful stay!
