About this apartment rental
This unit (2bd/2bath, 5 guests, 3 beds) is on the ground floor with beautiful ocean view. Located just steps away from the Carlsbad State Beach. Enjoy the breathtaking sunset views from your room. Just minutes away from most things such as restaurant, Bar, cafe shop, convenience store etc.
If there is anything you'd like to have while you're here, don't hesitate to request is in advance! We try to be as accommodating as possible.
Recently renovated and remodeled with modern decorating and furnishing. Two comfortable bedrooms feature King/queen beds. With a two-seat sofa which can be pullout into a bed. In addition to two full baths, the property features refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, television, AC, heating, celling fan. Two barbecue grills on the front yard is shared with other guests (total 4 units in the building). Our fill kitchen includes basic cookware, utensils, and dishes. Guests can use the washer and dryer inside the unit or the community machines in the laundry room. We are a Non-Smoking Property. There is no smoking inside or outside on our property. Including the balconies.
Once you make your reservation you will receive a text message with a digital door code before your check in date.
You will have the entire unit and a storage room in car port to yourself.
We will have a garage area where you can park one car free of charge.
There is also some free street parking available for your extra cars.

This was our first time at this condo in Carlsbad, and we won’t stay anywhere else from now on! There was plenty of space for our family of 4, including a 12yo and 14yo. One slept in the 2nd bedroom and one slept on the sleeper sofa (which was actually comfortable). You cannot beat this location! It is directly across the street from the boardwalk and stairs to the beach. The crosswalk is literally just outside the front porch. Unit A includes a lovely front patio with picnic tables to have dinner, people/dog watch, and watch the sunset. Easy walk to Better Buzz Coffee, Cafe Elysa, and the village. Entry to the condo was easy and well explained. The condo itself is clean, modern, and well equipped. Jason was very communicative and a pleasure to interact with. This was a 3 day slice of Heaven, and we can’t wait to come back. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Jason!

Location location... this home was literally across the street from the beach. So if you really just want to dump your stuff at the house and run to the ocean this is ideal for that. But when you open all the windows and doors you get all the road noise accompanied with a very very busy Street and a ton of people walking by so it's very noisy you need to close all the windows so you can hear the TV. TV doesn't work most the time as the internet service is really bad so if you like watching TV be prepared to sit and watch the swirly loading button on the TV more often than not. There is no covering over the window on the door so people can look right in. They do provide coffee pods. It does say they provide sugar but they don't provide any real natural sugar only sweeteners. The ice maker worked great that was wonderful. The main bathroom sink gets clogged very quickly and the main bathroom shower never ever got hot. master bedroom is weird they have a dresser that blocks one whole side of the closet so you basically either have to lean around it or use the other two doors to get into the closet. When we first got there the bathroom light wouldn't work in the main bathroom at all we had to wait till the next day to get someone in so that the light would come on. It just wouldn't work at all prior to that. Owner did not provide a phone number or text message to reach him ...only avail Through vrbo app....not ideal for issues. Has a smell to condo. Cell service limited.
