This property has recently been completely refurbished by the owner. It is located less than 5 minutes walk to Llandudno sea front. You can walk out the door and take a stroll along Llandudno's beautiful promenade.
The flat has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, lounge and bathroom all on the ground floor. It also has the benefit of a private enclosed patio at the rear.
Walk along the promenade end enjoy all the delights that Llandudno has to offer, Victorian pier, tram and cable car, shops and more
The Space:
The property is ideal for families and friends. It has a double bedroom and another bedroom with bunk beds. Bunk beds only suitable for children
Guest Access:
Access is via a key safe, the code is shared prior to arrival
The Neighborhood:
Carmen Sylva road is at the quieter end of the promenade. The sea front is less then 5 minutes from the front door
Getting Around:
There is free on street parking outside and in the surrounding areas of the property.
There is a bus stop right outside the front entrance and Llandudno Train station is only 5 minutes drive away.
There is shops and cafe's on your doorstep.
Other Things to Note:
The flat is in a building that contains a further 8 flats. 4 of which are managed by us.
The bathroom has limited headspace so may be tricky for taller guests.
Please note the bunk beds not suitable for adults
