Newly Renovated, Entire place, one side of duplex in residential area.. Only 4 miles to Navarre Beach. Fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and solid wood cabinets The two bathrooms have solid wood cabinets with granite counter tops. Main bedroom features a queen bed. The additional bedroom has two single beds. Living room and bedrooms have smart TVs. Freshly painted with new LVP flooring. Enough parking for a couple of cars and your boat.

This place was perfect for our family of 4! 10 min drive to Navarre beach, convenient safe location, beautiful decor inside-beach and water themed! Very cute!! All the home was pristine clean! No back yard or back door, but that’s no big deal! The fact they allow dogs was a definite plus, although we decided not to bring ours this time. Kitchen was great, well appointed with everything you’d need, nice fridge with water and ice maker in the door, washer and dryer and comfortable furniture all provided. 4 beach towels were there for us to borrow. We appreciated it! Great place, we would stay there again! Perfect stay!

This was my 2nd stay / year in Jan and Feb. I love Navarre and this duplex. Pictures are accurate and true. Nicely decorated. In a quiet and safe neighborhood so good if bringing a dog. Very close to rt 98 / Navarre parkway where Walmart, restaurants, pharmacies, and bridge to Navarre Beach are located .I recommended it to a snowbird friend and she booked for next Jan and Feb. . Owners are nice and helpful.
