Navarre is perfectly located between Destin (23 miles) and Pensacola Beach (18 miles). The house is only 5 miles away from Navarre Beach, which offers a lot of free parking and a boat ramp.
The house itself is located in a safe neighborhood right on a cul-de-sac. The neighborhood offers a gated pool.
You will find everything you need for a great vacation in close proximity: Restaurants, grocery stores, boat rentals, spa treatments and yoga studios.
Be bear aware!
Please keep trash cans inside the garage to avoid local wildlife from grabbing a midnight snack.
- No visitors. $50 fee for every unapproved guest
- Smoking/ Vaping is strictly prohibited inside the house
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 pm; please be respectful of the neighbors
- Take care of the interiors as if it`s your own, extra charge for damage or loss

Excellent place. There were four guys here and we all felt that we had plenty of room and our own spaces. Very accommodating host as well, even when we had a slight hiccup on checkout time. The house was VERY spacious, can’t emphasize enough. 10/10 house, and host. Will be back.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation to Navarre Beach and this rental was the perfect place for us to stay! The home was immaculately clean, furnished beautifully and provided the ideal environment for much-needed relaxation. Located at the end of a quiet court, the home feels like a private getaway- just a short drive to restaurants, stores and fun in the sun! As impressive as the property is, our host Franziska, was so attentive throughout our stay. She responded quickly to messages through VRBO and took incredible care of us. We will happily stay again for future trips to Navarre!

The property is in a quiet neighborhood, close to stores, restaurants and, of course the white sand beach. The townhouse is only a few years old so it's in great shape. It was very clean throughout. Everything worked as expected, appliances, water heater, HVAC, etc. We did not use the available community pool. We very much enjoyed our stay in Navarre and would recommend this property to anyone. Our host, Franziska, was very helpful responding quickly when we had questions.
