This is one of the best deals and most amazing spots we have been. Amazing house right across the street from ocean. Golf cart rental was so cool! Loved everything about the house. Great spot.

The best part of the property is the closeness to both bodies of water. We sat on both balconies every day and enjoyed the fresh air. A bit difficult with our dogs in finding a spot to go potty. Definitely some things could be repaired but overall worth it!

Reviewer Comments:
We have stayed in this complex many times before but not this unit. I understand that updates cost money, but when your renters are HOT because the AC is not keeping up, it is time to do something! Also, it rained a good bit while we were there and it leaks horribly around the front door frame. The paint is peeling in every room as well. But it was very clean and we enjoyed the location right across from the beach. One note: If you want your renters to feel welcome, remove the psycho/horror pictures of women from the entry stairwell!
