Newly Renovated, Entire place, one side of duplex in residential area. Only 4 miles to Navarre Beach. Fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and solid wood cabinets. The two bathrooms have solid wood cabinets with granite counter tops. Main bedroom features a queen bed. The additional bedroom has a bunk bed. Living room and bedrooms have smart TVs. Private fenced yard (not shared) with shaded patio and covered porch. Yard Checker board and Ring toss.

This was our 2nd time staying at this property, and we absolutely love it!! We would definitely like to return. It was very clean, very dog friendly so it was great for our sweet pup! This place has been thoughtfully put together and has everything you need for a home away from home!! It also located in great spot, Navarre is beautiful, Pensacola and Destin are not too far away!! I highly recommend this place!!

Clean yard with grass that is mowed on Saturdays. About 10 min drive to Navarre Beach, but less crowded beach access is about 20 min drive to the west. About two minute drive to shopping and restaurants. Host is quick at answering equations and addressing concerns. Great value.

This house truly felt like home away from home, its was so modern, up to date and had the cutest decor, the perfect distance from the beach and town (4 miles) but far enough to feel like you escape beach life, perfect neighborhood and a very nice backyard to sit and relax at the end of the day. Definitely would recommend! Thank you for having us from Texas
