Open floor plan with living room, dining area, full kitchen and breakfast bar. Conveniently located to shopping, ice cream, mini golf, and great restaurants. All new furniture for living room, dining room and breakfast bar. Second floor unit. 4 Beach badges supplied by owner but not guaranteed. If a badge is lost, $50 will be .deducted from security deposit.
