About this house rental
Our single family bayfront home in desirable Long Beach Island (LBI) NJ is located on a protected cove and dead end street. It has the charm of a beach cottage, yet has the amenities you are looking for... central air conditioning, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and outdoor shower.
Ship Bottom has now been ranked by nj.com as #9 in the list of the "25 greatest NJ food towns no one knows about" and you can walk to most of them. Also, within walking distance is the beach, swimming bay, playground, miniature golf, bars and convenience store.
If you want to relax, you and your family (friends) can hang out on the deck or the covered ground level space and enjoy being on the water. If you like activity, the water is calmer here for kayaking, paddle boarding, floating, boating, crabbing and fishing. You are welcome to bring your kayaks, wave runners or boat to our dock. The Boatyard (waterfront beer garden) is close enough to get there by boat or kayak.
A few blocks away from the bridge, our home is convenient to the Cedar Bonnet and Mallard Island wedding venues and other smaller wedding places.

Our stay at Diana’s was exactly what my family and I needed following a challenging week. Diana was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout my challenges. The house on the bay provided us a peaceful place to stay and beautiful sunsets.

We had such a great time at Diana’s lovely home! I stayed with a few friends all in a bridal party for one of our best friends wedding. The house was perfect for the weekend and really made our time while not at wedding events so enjoyable. Diana was so responsive with any questions I had throughout the stay. We would love to be guests again in the future :) thank you for having us!

Amazing property with views from everywhere in the house. Everything was perfect! From the newest sandpaper waiting for us to extra towels and linens if needed! This will be the property I search for first when looking to have a great getaway again!
