Long Beach Island Bay View, full kitchen, 3 short blocks to the ocean, bay beach (children) also walking distance, cable, WASHER/DRYER, HS internet (bring computer), Blu-ray with internet TV including NetFlix (lots of DVDs too), 2 window a/c's, gas grill, outdoor shower, off street parking, 2 cruser bikes, 4 beach badges provided. The house is on Barnegat Av which is a very wide street with a STRICTLY enforced 25mph limit. Perfect for walking, running and biking. Mature tenants please (25yrs +). The house is a duplex. This apartment is on the 1st floor and includes a large deck. Pets ok ($75 fee).

Our host, John, was plea Lezant and took care of all our needs. When we had one minor issue, it did take a day to get to him, but I had also made a mistake on my phone number when I gave it to him. All in all, it was a great week!

John’s place is perfect for a family, with three bedrooms and a spacious living room and kitchen. We had a wonderful stay. The home is very well stocked with all of the essentials, and check-in and check-out were a breeze. The neighborhood is lovely and our dog enjoyed many walks. Close to many restaurants and ice cream.
