About this house rental
This is a newly remodeled duplex with new sheet rock, new paint, new ac/heat units in all rooms. it has 2 bed rooms the master bed room has a queen size bed the couch has a pull out full size bed, the children's room has a bunk bed with a full size bed and a twin above it. You must bring you own linens, there are plenty of new pillows. The bath room has a stand up shower no tub vanity and toilet. The property It is 1-1/2 blocks from the ocean the corners have lights, from the deck there is great sun set views. It is walking distance to the bay where there is a park for children, fishing, kayaking, views of boaters and evening sunset views. why not bring your boat Ship Bottom has its own boat launching a few block away. The pictures are old ones there has been more up grades such as flat screen TV,s and pictures in all rooms and patio furniture.

They had everything we needed for a beautiful beach vacation. The rooms made us feel at home. 3 adults one 4 year old one 1 year old. Clean and helpful management

LBI is always wonderful! We would have loved a real outdoor shower that’s enclosed , a place to hang wet towels etc. and at least one pan that you could use in the oven
