Enjoy the "WhaleComeHome" in Ship Bottom on LBI, an open concept, 2nd floor beach house apartment. This tastefully decorated newly renovated upstairs apartment featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and a bar for entertaining.
The exclusive private fenced backyard has an outside living area with grill, dining table, a fire pit with polywood Adirondack sitting area and a newly installed outdoor shower. Located just one short block to the beach and one short block to the bay where you can enjoy both breathtaking sunrises and sunsets every morning and night!
The primary ensuite has a king bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a queen size sleeper sofa. The 3rd bedroom has a full size bed and a twin size bed.
The off-street parking can park 2 cars.
Weekly booking only during the summer season(Independence Day-Labor Day), change over day is Saturday. Like most Jersey Shore rentals, we don't provide linens and towels during the summer season.
Off season, minimum stay is 2 days, no restricted check-in or check-out days, and we also provide linens and towels when you stay off season.
8 beach badges, 6 beach chairs, 3 beach umbrellas , 1 beach buggy and 1 huge cooler are included.
We provide almost all toiletries(shampoo, conditioner, soap, body wash and body lotion, etc.). We also have enough pillows, blankets and comforters for every room.
We also provide seasonings, cooking oils, utensils and plenty dining ware in the kitchen.
Detergent and softener are also provided in the laundry.
Repeated bookings will get 10% discount on nightly rates.
Off season, stay 3 days and more will get 5% discount on nightly rates, stay 7 days and more will get 10% discount on nightly rates.

The house photos are exactly what you get, Beach was 1 block away, beautiful and wonderful. Off season so very little crowds. Perfect. Host and House so very nice.

This was a fantastic property - super clean, incredibly well stocked, and with such smooth and considerate communication throughout! The location is wonderful - a quick walk to the beach or bay - and the backyard space was such a nice feature where we could hang, kids could play, etc.

Our family is made up of Mom and Dad 70 years old. The kids, 40, 38 and 33. The grand daughters, 8 and 11. The home could accommodate all of us however not everyone could be there the same time due to other commitments/work etc. AS previous LBI homeowners, and now renting for the past 7 years this was the nicest home/decor and provided by far, everything you could possibly need, except sheets and towels (so we did not need to take all our cooking spices and beach equipment) it was all available. The quality of furnishings and appliances was superb. Laundry room just outside the main bedroom was a great feature.a beautiful fenced in private yard had everything to spend the afternoon and evening outside, barbequing games etc.The outdoor shower was very nice and excellent water pressure. Location was 1 block to the beach and 1 block to the Jet ski's and the bay. Sunrise and Sunsets from the deck in in the front and back of the house.The home is just beautifully decorated and beach themed. Access to many restaraunts, shopping of all types within walking distance and the Supermarket/ACME is just a few minutes away by car.One of the MOST exceptional features were the Hosts. Ivy has gone to great lengths to welcome their guests and make the accomodations a favorite you will remember for a lifetime. Kindness personified, extremely knowedgeable and experienced in real estate and providing the 10 out of 10 experience you were hoping for. We loved our 2 weeks.
