Convenient, clean, comfy and cool 3 BR upper floor in a two-family duplex. Large living room, dining room and newly renovated kitchen and bath. Two decks (front and back), perfect for morning coffee and evening sunsets. Large outdoor shower. Great location. Located 2.5 blocks to Ocean and 1.5 blocks to Bay beach. Easy access on and off the Island. Central Air, Wi-fi, Washer/Dryer, Beach Badges included. Renters should bring sheets and towels.

What a great week in Ship Bottom. Rocco and Lisa's place was perfect for our family - my husband and I and our two young girls (4.5, and almost 2). The proximity to both the beach and ocean beach, and central on the island, close to the causeway, is perfect. So easy to pop the girls in the stroller and load up the beach cart for a beach day. Bay beach (1.5 blocks away) is also perfect if its windy on the ocean side, has a great swimming area with no waves for kids, and a playground. We walked to get coffee/bagels in the morning and dinner a few nights. Peaceful street and great deck for watching sunsets. The house was perfectly appointed for us and very cute, cozy, super clean. Outdoor shower was great - helped keep the house clean throughout the week. They had plenty of beach chairs (Tommy Bahama, which we love), and sand toys so you don't have to bring everything. We would definitely stay there again. Rocco and Lisa were there a couple nights during the week - happy we got to meet them - great hosts.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is very clean and updated. The owner was a pleasure to work with. We really enjoyed having two decks to hang out on. We have two young kids and this was the perfect house for us!
