The Neighborhood:
A variety of restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and the new Duplin Winery. Perfect for couples or small families, it features a kitchen/living room and bedroom. Sleeps up to six people and is approximately 630 SF. The resort offers stellar amenities with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. Oceanfront pool deck, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs and Lazy Rivers. Come and see what awaits you at this oceanfront resort unit!
Getting Around:
I highly recommend using ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft. There is also Turo rental car service.

This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room, please treat as you would your home.
Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.
Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.
... remember since this is not part of the hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.

North & South Tower pools remain heated through winter.
All spas are operational April 15th thru November 15th. During the off season, 2 outdoor spas remain open at the North Tower pool deck, 2 outdoor spas remain open at the South Tower pool deck and both outdoor spas at Villas I & II are operational. Both North & South Tower indoor spas are open year-round.
Note: Ice machines and Pool Deck water supplies are temporarily closed
They are currently also painting the exterior walls of the parking garage.

There is only one thing that I would change! There needs to be room darling curtains in the bedroom. Due to the bedroom being on the entrance side of the hotel, it is very well lit. This is a positive except the bedroom was fully lit at night. Everything else about the stay was great!

Contact with host was great until I messaged with an issue...then crickets. They messaged me the day before leaving to make sure I check out on time, but still never addressed the water that was standing in the floor when I arrived. There was a utility/maintenance closet but no access to it, so no vacuum to clean up sand tracked in during my stay. It wasn't alot, but it would've been nice to have been able to clean up a little. The beds are the most uncomfortable ever. I recommend even a cheap topper, it would help tremendously.
