We will block our calendar when the exterior walkway and balcony are off limits. All other periods of time are available to rent however; work will be ongoing throughout the entire building and may be noisy at times. Should you choose to reserve this property anytime between January 2026 – March of 2027, rate adjustments have already been made so no additional compensation will be offered. ****

Great location, awesome amenities, and easy beach access! We have stayed within this resort 4 different times now and will continue to book this room when in Myrtle Beach again!

Clean property, good kitchen, advertised well. Great locations, easy access to beach. Although missing minor amenities such as toilet paper and the ready to use beach gear was poor quality with broken boogie boards. The thought was there, and a quick run to the store and we were good to go.

Condo was neat and clean and had everything we needed including a great view of the ocean. Air conditioning in the bedrooms, especially the 2nd bedroom was struggling. If this condo were somewhere other than Seawatch I would stay again. There is a chair/umbrella rental guy we nicknamed the "chair nazi." Every morning he would line his rental umbrellas and chairs up at the umbrella line limit. They were so close together you had to walk down the sand to get a gap to get to the water. You can't put your own umbrella in front of these because of the lifeguard sight lines, which I understand. He will also come tell you to stay 10 feet away from any of his umbrellas. Umm what? Unless you rent from him you will be way back from the water with no view. We had to walk to the other condo building next door just to see water. If you have kids, sometimes the lifeguards are on duty, but many times they have a flag saying no lifeguard on duty. This unit is directly overlooking the pools. At night it sounded like a frat party at the pool, with marijuana and cigarette smells, we couldn't sit on the balcony peacefully. Watched people dump their drinks and rinse their cups in the hot tub, wash their sandy feet and crocks off in he pool. The icing on the cake was people having sex in the hot tubs with kids around. Don't think I will be back to Seawatch.
