I’ve been going to Arcadian since I was a child. My parents bought a condo there years ago.
Wish we could have afforded to buy at the time they decided to sell. We’ve returned many times over the years.
By far, the nicest place we’ve stayed is Loren Watkins’ condo. We will be back and stay there again!
Loren is a great host and made us feel so welcome!

Instantly after booking I knew I made the right decision on this property. The owner went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The property was exactly as described. The condo was very spacious and ao private it almost felt like a single home.
The community areas were clean and not crowded at all. The grill area was so nice to have. We loved the convenience and proximity of the beach and pool.
We did bring our own beach chairs and umbrella but the owner had made a supply available if needed.
I did have a few questions while at the property and he answered text immediately. I would highly recommend this property and we are looking forward to a return visit!!

I was very happy with everything. From communication with the owner to start the trip to the end of the overall stay. Going after a hurricane is always risky but the weather was great and Myrtle was back to normal.
